Homeowners, as you know 2010 assessments were due December 31, 2009. 2010 will not see an increase in our assessments. In addition, Lithia Ridge Board of Directors is offering a payment plan to defer the financial demand at this time of year in our soft economy. As usual our assessment was due December 31, 2009. You now have an option to spread your assessment over four payments. The first payment is due immediately. The balance will be billed monthly to March 31, 2010. You may at any time pay your balance in full. There will be a $25 administrative fee, due with the first payment. Interest at 1.5% will be due on balances from February 1 on. Homeowner account balances not paid by March 31 may be considered past due and usual collection efforts may then be taken per our deed restrictions. Postage to be added to all mailed monthly invoice statements.

Visit your community website lithiaridgehoa.com, to view, download and return the payment plan application if so interested. Payment plan applications must be signed and returned to commence the plan. Initial payment now due on January 31st, 2010, is $172.00 ($98.50 from first payment that would have been due December 31st, 2009, plus the second payment of $73.50). Thank you!
