As many of you are aware, the board and its committee chair persons are made up of volunteers. If you review the latest newsletter, you will see who these individuals are. Without the help of these volunteers our community’s board of directors will most likely succumb to a management association who can take on the responsibilities of the board. Please remember the following:

The board is charged with upholding the deed restrictions & covenants, minimizing the liability to the community and caring for community assets.

They are volunteers whom all hold fulltime jobs.

Please be polite and courteous.

Please respect their privacy.

Please attend the monthly meetings with ideas and willingness to back it up by volunteering and / or providing leadership.

If you like to get out and take walks for exercise, this just might be a perfect opportunity for you to accomplish your exercise goals while getting involved in supporting our community.
